Genesis Technical Systems Closes $1.25 Million Financing

Genesis Technical Systems Corp (GTS) is pleased to announce they have closed their
$1.25 million initial financing today.

Stephen Cooke, founder and inventor of GTS’s innovative Bonded DSL Rings™ (BDR)
Technology stated: “With our financing in hand GTS is now financially able to move to
proof of concept and show our patent pending Bonded DSL Rings can achieve
bandwidths of up to 400 megabits per second. Our goal is to have a working model on
display at the Broadband World Forum in Berlin Germany October 8th to 11th, 2007."

Bonded DSL Rings™ (BDR) is a new technology that will change the competitive
landscape for voice, video and data telecom service providers who primarily rely on their
existing twisted pair (copper wire) infrastructure in order to provide differentiated
services to their customers.
