Genesis Technical Systems Corp (GTS) announced the closing today of its purchase of BizGuardian Firewall and
VPN Server™ which is designed to meet the Internet security needs of today’s always-on high bandwidth
businesses.
“GTS is excited to acquire BizGuardian Firewall and VPN Server™ which we plan to use as part of our Bonded
DSL Rings™ solution.” “Our goal is to create a solution for the Telecom industry so they can provide customers
with fiber-like bandwidth plus Quality of Service (QoS) that will allow Telco’s to leapfrog past cable to provide high
bandwidth at a lower cost than Telco’s can if they deploy fiber,” stated Stephen Cooke founder and inventor of

GTS expects its innovative new Bonded DSL Rings™ technology will change the competitive landscape for voice,
